  • How To Make a Mr. Nono Caipi Cocktail

I am so happy to finally be able to share the recipe, Miss Caipi, created for the Mr. Nono Cocktail. I already introduced the recipe during the “Give To Receive” Pop Shop Event during the holidays. The name Mr. Nono,  it is the name of a character introduced on the Blog post ” What Is It to Be a Cool Girl”, people really loved the funny name!

I might come out of other versions of this drink using the same name, maybe different fruits depend on the season and the circumstances of the Event. The drink was mixed under the Mr. Nono mood, mysterious and not sweet at all. I used angostura bitters, lemon juice and a splash of orange juice and a touch of honey to balance all the ingredients. It can be mixed with Sake, Vodka or even bourbon. If you are not the type that like sweet drinks, this one will suit you perfectly. Let’s learn how to make a Mr. Nono Caipi! (more…)

    Hello Everybody!

It is Pineapple Mint Caipi drink time today! I came up with the Frozen Pineapple Mint Caipi creation last summer while trying to create a drink with a different concept of the Caipirinha to increase sales of the Leblon Cachaca. • Paddy’s Caipi

    st. patrick's day caipi cocktail

We all know St. Patrick’s Day is a day filled with much celebration and booze, but what is the reason for the grand festival? Well, St. Patrick is actually one of the most influential figures of his time. He was not born in Ireland, but rather enslaved there in his teens and then fled back home to Britain. This wasn’t the end of his journey, but rather the beginning as he sought to live a religious lifestyle by becoming an “Apostle to Ireland.” In Ireland, he fought to establish Catholicism and in 444 AD, his mission was accomplished.

  • Glogg Caipi

To “spice” things up, I decided to create a Glogg Caipi. Being fascinated by the wonderful Swedish culture, of course I had to create a caipi inspired by the country’s traditional drink, Glogg. The Glogg  is an original Swedish craft non alcoholic mulled wine that entails a warm, sweet, and spiced taste. It is usually consumed during the holiday season, for the cinnamon ingredient is the perfect fix for crafting this alcoholic beverage.

  • Cider Caipi

Apple cider is one of the easiest things to find during this time of year. That inspired me to create a drink using the apple cider and infuse it with cinnamon and using lemons I can find the right balance for the cocktail. Although most of my drinks are regular cold cocktails or a warm drink, this particular Caipi can be served as either. One of the most popular drinks of Miss Caipi’s Menu when it is prepared in the hot version. Perfect drink for a cold day,  you can replace your wine for The Cider Caipi.

  • Berries 15 Caipi

    berry caipi cocktail drink

As you all may know, I create all of my caipis from natural ingredients. I use fresh fruit juice mixed with any three specific spirits that are the healthiest choices of alcoholic consumption. So with that being said, I am going to break down the most preferred caipi by consumers in the winter, the “Berries15” Caipi.

The Berries15 Caipi is a seasonal drink as it reflects the jubilance of the holidays mixed with the chilliness of the cold air. The key component of this caipi is the fresh muddled cranberries. Cranberries contain antioxidants and phytonutrients, for they contribute to maintaining long term health, if you cannot find the cranberries they can be replaced by cherries and also this drink can turn into a terrific punch bowl option drink to enjoy with friends. According to Organic Lifestyle Magazine (Cranberry Health Benefits), cranberries prevent breast, colon, prostate, and lung cancer, along with fighting urinary tract infections. Pomegranates are essential too, for Med-Health.net (Benefits of Pomegranates) states that the fruit helps build bone structure and contains potassium that helps to maintain cellular functions and balance fluid levels.
