I came up with the Frozen Pineapple Mint Caipi creation last summer while trying to create a drink with a different concept of the Caipirinha to increase sales of the Leblon Cachaca. While I was in Miami most of the work I do is outside and I intended to take full advantage of that. The ever-beautiful, Floridian weather and its golden, sunny beaches were perfect locations for photo shoots. Not only breathtakingly beautiful but relaxing. I always find time to enjoy myself even after I’ve finished my photo shoots.
